Ingredients:  A proprietary blend of L lacttic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid and propionic acid.

How to use Acidulem:  

1- Mix 1 teaspoon of Acidulem in 1 gallon of water.  Never use Acidulem undiluted.

Method one:  Inject 50-100 ml of the diluted mixture rectally and hold for 5 minutes.

Method two: Take the diluted mixture as an enema.  Begin with a one minute hold time.  You can increase to three minutes as comfort allows.  Once at the three minute mark, you can begin the following:

Lay on your back for one minute with your hips raised, then on your right side with your hips raised for one minute, then on your left side with your hips lower than your abdomen for one minute. 

Discontinue if you experience any discomfort.
